I’d like to gift you the introductory chapter to PRESENT: The Art of Living Boldly in the Second Half of Life was published. It is a love letter to women - to you. I’ve had people tell me that just reading the Introduction helped them feel more empowered.

 

20 minute sessions (ET) are Sunday at 8:30 am, Monday 4:30 pm, Tuesday 7:00 am, Thursday 8:30 am

These yoga classes are my foundation for living boldly. There has been so much research on how physical exercise can help with mental and emotional health. These classes are designed so that anyone can get started at whatever level you are. Please join me. All classes are donation-based. They are all on Zoom and some are in person too.
